Get enough sleep and you will feel like a new person.

Try eating organic for 2 weeks like the family in Sweden did and notice the difference you feel mentally and physically. 

You are working hard to eliminate toxins from your body, so make sure you are not continuing to put more in.

Cardio Q&A - Hormones Re:Defined How Does This Happen

 

This Cardio Q&A is 29 minutes (steady pace, 3 sprints, steady pace) 

I will be on the treadmill, but you can do whatever form of cardio you enjoy or are able to do. You do not have to watch me for this video. The bike, run outside, elliptical, cardio drills, jump rope, run the stairs, etc. 

 We get to workout. Working out is a privilege. 

Let us never take the ability to take care of ourselves for granted. I want you to enjoy moving your body. 

Hormones can RUIN our life if they are out of balance. They can happen slowly over time or they can happen after one event (having a baby, turning 35, a death, remodel, stressful situation, divorce, financial problems, etc.)

RE:Defined Legs Workout

 

Equipment: Light small ball or sponge ball.

I love this workout to really work our thighs, hamstrings, and glutes.

You can still do this workout even if you do not have a light ball. If you do not have a light ball, try folding a towel or small pillow to use for the inner thigh exercises. 

I created this workout to include cardio and strength training to create a strong body. Being strong is about creating the optimal conditions for your body to be able to take care of itself. It will improve the quality of your life. Even if you sit a lot for work, you will notice you feel better and are able to sit for longer periods with less pain. You will age more gracefully. Your body will repair quicker after any illness or injuries. Simply doing everyday life stuff will seem so much easier. Moving your body will be enjoyable and less of a struggle.
