RE:Defined Legs Workout

 

Equipment: Light small ball or sponge ball.

I love this workout to really work our thighs, hamstrings, and glutes.

You can still do this workout even if you do not have a light ball. If you do not have a light ball, try folding a towel or small pillow to use for the inner thigh exercises. 

I created this workout to include cardio and strength training to create a strong body. Being strong is about creating the optimal conditions for your body to be able to take care of itself. It will improve the quality of your life. Even if you sit a lot for work, you will notice you feel better and are able to sit for longer periods with less pain. You will age more gracefully. Your body will repair quicker after any illness or injuries. Simply doing everyday life stuff will seem so much easier. Moving your body will be enjoyable and less of a struggle.
